11/10/03: Version 1.07 is now available. Version 1.07 allows multiple FastMenus to work properly in a single page.
04/16/02: Version 1.06 is now available. Version 1.06 works properly with Mozilla 1.0 release candidates when the menu bar is embedded in an unusual construct such as a centered table cell, as found on our own home page.
11/06/01: Version 1.05 is now available. Version 1.05 addresses concerns about the behavior of older sub-versions of Netscape 4 when a page containing our menus is resized. Existing pages with these problems can be re-opened and re-saved to correct them.
09/06/01: Version 1.04 is now available. Version 1.04 offers both horizontal and vertical menu bar styles. Horizontal menu bars look much like a Windows application. Version 1.04 also turns off highlighting on top-level items when the entire menu becomes inactive.
07/24/01: Version 1.03 is now available. Version 1.03 allows
the target attribute to be set for each menu item, in order
to target any desired frame. Of course, designers who don't use frames can
simply leave the target field blank. This is a free upgrade.
07/16/01: Version 1.02 is now available. Version 1.02 allows
menus to be placed within <table align=center> constructs.
Menus are still forbidden inside <table align=left> or
<table align=right>, because nearly all browsers fail to
display menus properly inside such tables. Of course, menus are
also allowed in tables with no align attribute at all.
This is a free upgrade.
07/12/01: Version 1.01 is now available. Version 1.01 corrects a problem which prevented Netscape 4 from displaying the third tier of menus more than once in a session. To fix existing menus, install version 1.01, then re-open and re-save those menus to automatically repair them. This is a free upgrade.
