In twenty-five years, Alternatives to Fear has seen some significant changes in our society. But none of them would have happened if people hadn't joined together to make them happen. And there's so much more to do! We encourage you to become involved in making the world a place where rape can no longer exist. No contribution is too small. As we say in our classes, the only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time.
