Wusage 8.0 Manual: mydomain

Wusage 8.0 Manual

mydomain Option

To reach this option in the configuration file editor, follow these steps:

1. Edit Configuration
2. Top-Level Domain Name

If you prefer to manually edit your configuration files, use the following syntax for this option:

Example
mydomain com (or org, or edu, or...)

Description

mydomain indicates the TOP-LEVEL domain name of your site. For instance, if your site is in the boutell.com domain, your top-level domain is com. Since local machines are usually logged without a domain name, this option is needed to supply a domain name for such machines. Note: if you are using the And These Subdomains (subdomains) option, you may specify one of those subdomains for the Top-Level Domain Name (mydomain) option.
