To reach this option in the configuration file editor, follow these steps:

1. Edit Configuration
2. Configure Reports...
3. Show Document Titles in Reports

If you prefer to manually edit your configuration files, use the following syntax for this option:

documenttitles                  on     (or off)

Description

The Show Document Titles ^{(documenttitles)} option indicates that document titles should be fetched for each web page. A web page is defined as a URL that matches the pages object type. For more information, see object types.

This option requires Wusage to make an additional pass over the log data in order to identify and retrieve each unique page. This process is well- optimized but does require some time. Users may choose to turn off this option if performance has become an issue.
