Wusage 7.1 Manual

keepdailyreports Option

To reach this option in the configuration file editor, follow these steps:

1. Edit Configuration
2. Keep How Many Daily Reports?

If you prefer to manually edit your configuration files, use the following syntax for this option:

Example

keepdailyreports 52	(or another number, or ALL)

Description

keepdailyreports indicates how many reports Wusage should keep on disk. This is the number of days for which reports should be kept on file.

Wusage will still keep the historical information necessary to include older dates in the bar charts on the main report page, even if the keepdailyreports option is used to automatically delete older detail reports for individual dates.

If the Keep How Many Daily Reports? (keepdailyreports) option is set to ALL, all reports will be kept indefinitely. Eventually, this can add up to a significant amount of disk space.
