domainsemail on

The Include Domains Report ^{(domainsemail)} option, when it is present, instructs wusage to include the Chart Top Domains ^(domains) report when sending its reports by email. This option does not turn on the Chart Top Domains ^(domains) option, which must also be turned on to generate the report.
