... Yes, there are several browsers for NeXTStep and its descendants:

SpiderWoman

A multithreaded, graphical browser for NeXTStep. Still available from ftp.epfl.ch although I could not find it mentioned on the company's pages in a quick visit.

Netsurfer

Another true NeXTStep browser. Definitely still featured as a product by the company.

OmniWeb

Another World Wide Web browser for NeXTStep.
