2007-01-02: Microsoft Publisher 2002 and later do not use
cross-browser standards when creating web pages. Instead, they use
Microsoft's VML markup language, which is not a widely accepted standard
and is not supported by Firefox, Safari or other non-Microsoft
browsers. The use of Microsoft Publisher to create web pages
is not recommended for any sort of serious design work.
I recommend the use of a professional product like
Dreamweaver.
Of course, you also have the option of learning HTML and CSS.
