Copy xcha-0.6.tgz your home directory
tar -zxvf xcha-0.6.tgz
cd xcha-0.6 Follow instructions in README. - 3: Changes from 0.5.3:
- IMPORTANT: IMPORTANT: This version has no longer decryption routines. This is because the Netherlands is soon expected to adapt EU policy on hacking, which would make such a program illegal to distribute. Sorry about this guys! Look for version 0.5.3 (or 0.5.2).
