Replaced getc() with fread() and getline() (GNU extension), and putc() with fwrite(). This very significantly speeds up things (reduces processor load). Better error messages. Test mode added (-t command line flag), that quickly tries all commands in the .ppml file. This will cause an error report and exit if you made a systax error. Better now, then after 50 minutes or more of rendering!
