This programmer consists of only 3 components, 2 resistors
and a diode.
A 5 V supply is required (6 V DC adapter will work).
The programmer connects to the PC parallel port.
It can program a binary file into the EEPROM, and can also
write the contents of the EEPROM to a binary file.
Full verify is done after programming.
It is possible to select a different length EEPROM in the
command line.
To install;
Copy eeprog-0.2.tgz your home directory
tar -zxvf eeprog-0.2.tgz
