VT1500 device driver

Description: user level device driver for the VT1500 TV tuner card (requires release 2.1 of the card; release 2.0 does not support selection of different TV stations). By default, the driver is installed from /etc/inittab and occupies one virtual console (VT12); TV will be displayed whenever you activate this console. There is support for on-screen-display, sound-control, color-control, and selection of TV stations. Both system-wide and private configuration files are honored.
