Description: Adds a new .fvwmrc command, 'TitleTime', which allows arbitray text, along with the date and time, to be added to the active window's title bar. If a time is specified, it will be updated every minute Rob Nation says this patch may be distributed as an unsupported add-on in the next fvwm release
