Tela the Tensor Language

Description: Scientific computing and visualization system and programming language. Visualization is done through the PlotMTV program, which is included in the distribution. PlotMTV draws using X11 and it can produce PostScript and GIF. For an interpreted language, Tela is very fast. N-dimensional integer, real, and complex arrays and scalars are supported. The basic function set includes multidimensional FFT's and linear algebra (calls LAPACK). Command line editing is provided. The feature set is especially suited for numerical simulation pre- and postprocessing.
