Description: PCthreads(tm) for Linux is a pre-release beta test multithread library based on the POSIX .1c standard. In addtition to POSIX threads and its associated header files, the kit also contains the sources to (1) a DCE-compatible threads library, (2) a port of the DCE threads exception handling package, (3) a multithreaded, recursive grep, "tgrep", (4) A thread-blocking I/O package, and numerous illustrative multithreaded coding examples. An almost set of man-pages is also included.
