Non-blinking cursor patch

Description: Patch for the Linux 1.0 console driver to replace the PC's blinking hardware cursor with a non-blinking software generated one. If you can't stand the PC's flashing cursor, then this is for you!:) Updated for pl15 + added small fixes.
