Description: A skript to eliminate the headers from HOWTOs that were saved from a News article. Different parts of a HOWTO that are saved in different files (like by "tag"ing and "save"ing them with "tin") will be put together in one output file. You can give a directory to put the prcessed files in. By default the files will be compressed.
