NCSA/TueV Mosaic for the X windowing environment

Description: WWW Browser, TueV version, X11R6 libs, term support. This is a last one from the series of my Mosic ports. This one is an _economic_ version, intend for use on systems with limited memory (still is large anyaway). Compiled without HDF and FISH support. The term library version 2.2.5 is linked _statically_ so all people can use it. Look at README.* files for details.
