Mpage, many to one page printing utility

Description: Mpage takes in plaintext and outputs postscript that will print that text as 1, 2, 4, or 8 pages on 1. Pages are tiled, and seperated by lines.
New:w: May better handle postscript files. Generate header like a2ps. Concat pages from different files on one sheet. See CHANGES file. A postscript printer, or a postscript interpreter (such as ghostscript).
