- Description: Linux STREAMS (LiS). OpenSS7 Linux STREAMS (LiS), SVR 4 STREAMS for Linux. LiS is a STREAMS framework that is compatible with SVR4 STREAMS. It has lots of debugging features not found in other STREAMS packages. Good to do networking and other things. It allows for installation of binary drivers. This distribution is currently applicable to 2.4 and 2.6 kernels and was targetted at ix86, x86_64, ppc and ppc64 architectures, but should build and install for other architectures as well.
