Description: Patch for kernels >= 0.99.14y to provide functional disk statistics in the /proc/stat filesystem. The statistics are automatically available to the 'perf' tool via the /proc filesystem. Fully functional only on systems with 1-4 disk all of the same type, e.g. not mixed AT and SCSI disks.
