IMAPD/POPD with long shadow password sup

Description: This is the code distributed by University of Washington to provide imapd and ipopd server services. The original had a Linux port but this has been updated and support added for shadow passwords longer than 8 characters. This code runs on Linux boxes acting as IMAP or IPOP servers. Includes some client code but I have not touched that.
