Fixed serial drivers for BOCA 2016 multiport cards

Description: This file is a drop-in replacement for the serial drivers in Linux 1.1.88 (should work with higher kernels, too). The serial drivers broke the BOCA somewhere in 1.1.33 and 1.1.64. This fixed all my problems with the board locking up, maybe it wil solve yours too ;)
