- Description: SPAK (Send PAcKet) is a set of tools for generating arbitrary packets and sending them to a socket. All fields of an IP, TCP, UDP, or ARP header may be set using arguments to the various programs. The programs may be "piped" togeather to create, for example, a TCP packet encapsulated within an IP packet. This release includes makeip, maketcp, makeudp, makearp, makeeth, sendpacket, and sendeth.
